candle on shelf melted candle

Melted candle

Candle which was in a sconce hanging on a wall in the living room. Note that the wax is melting upward. Although we never lit the candle the wick is blackened. There is no sign, however, that the flame had melted any of the wax at the base of the wick. In addition the wax has dripped up the wick. It has been suggested that a hair dryer could recreate this effect. I have tried with several candles but I have not been able to get the same effect.

Burnt Marks burnt candle

Burnt candle

This candle was still wrapped in plastic. This plastic at the base of the candle was strangely burnt in five spots; the wax beneath the plastic was also melted. Upon looking closer it seems that the spots were in perfect alignment of that of a small hand holding the candle with only it’s fingertips.

The Crayon

A clipboard of paper and a box of crayons laid on the box we had designated as Sallie’s. This was one of the photographs that we asked Sightings to inspect in order to rule out foul play or trickery. The specialist they had look at it could not recreate it and could not explain it. NOTE: what seems to be streaks of light to the left of the clipboard are scratches on the original photos prior to scanning them for documented evidence. They marks were not noted at the time the photo was taken or developed and should not be considered significant in any way.

Nursery Blue #1

Taken at the doorway of the nursery. Some say they see a hand with the index finger pointing (the area in the center surrounded by the blue), some see a stretched out swirl of a girl in the blue mass.

Nursery Blue #2

Also taken at the doorway of the nursery within moments of the photo above.

Marbleized Nursery

Taken of the nursery room from across the hallway. There was nothing seen thru the lens when I took this photo and it was another surprising discovery when I opened our package of developed photos.

Bottom of the Stairs

Taken from the bottom of the stairs; date unknown. The white wispy area looks like a male figure in some sort of a suit or uniform, wearing a large brimmed hat and holding a bayonet. Looking closely you can see the white front of his shirt flanked by the what looks like a dark jacket. You can also see his face and features which seem to be looking downward. It must be said that there is a window on the stairwell that may have caused this reflection, leaving this photo open to skeptical viewpoints.

Lower Stairs

Taken from the top of the stairs; date unknown. A noticeable, but undeterminable blackness can be seen in the stairwell area.
