Camcorder in Demo Mode

Jerry had set up the video camera in the upstairs bedroom also known as the "nursery." This video camera was recording when a young psychic girl came to the house. When she entered the room she didn't touch the camera or move behind the camera at any time. Watch this video and notice in the mirror that she never gets close to this camera. She leaves the room then quickly turns back like she is hoping to catch something in the shot she takes with a disposable camera.
After she is in the hallway, the video camera launches itself into the demo mode but the camera continues to record. We know of no way that this camera can be placed in the demo mode without going in through menu options and intentionally putting the camera in this mode.
